Clicked on an ad for Torrid in Facebook and was taken to a fake Torrid website called torridfallsale.com I didn't notice it was a fake site soon enough and made a purchase for their advertised clearance sale. I very soon after realized what happened and tried to stop the charges with my bank but it was too late, it already cleared. I have reached out to the company per my bank's requirement to try to obtain a refund prior to them making a fraud report and all I get it someone that keeps telling me they can't help me and have no way to issue refunds. They actually told me to just call my bank and dispute the charge and my bank would be the one responsible for refunding me.
