My husband contacted Robert requesting cleaning services for our rental home and was informed by Robert that he would provide the services as requested but needed to be paid in full through Zelle or cash App. When I contacted him to pay, I asked for an invoice and he said he would send a receipt. I told him that I normally do not pay in advance for services, but I thought my husband had done business with him previously and trusted him. No one showed up to clean the house.
