Representing themselves as E Modern Tech. They claim they shipped an order, finally provided a tracking number three weeks later. The tracking number showed it delivered by USPS through an unrecognized second party shipping company. The item was supposedly delivered six days after the placement of the order. The item was never delivered. I was also charged an additional $9.99 in a separate charge over the cost of the item at $59.93. Response to email for cancellation of order was ignored for two weeks at which time they responded that the item had been shipped and cancellation was not possible. I had to request a tracking number which took them 5 additional days to provide and what they provided was false information.

I received an email advertising the product. I researched the company on line and it appeared legitimate. When I placed the $34.99 order it upgraded me 2x without my consent and took $85 from the gift card I used for the purchase. They sent 2 emails advising the glasses were on the way but they never arrived and they stopped answering my emails

I found a site with night vision type glasses. When I got to the payment page, it auto-populated my information. As I was looking at the site I got a weird feeling. When I searched the company name I couldn't find any red flags. When I searched the email address, I found like five different companies that all sell the same glasses, have the same number and email. I closed the page without buying anything. A few minutes later I got a confirmation email saying my glasses will be on their way to you shortly. I emailed back immediately and told them I didn't purchase. The response basically said too bad, we can't do anything. My glasses eventually arrived. The 'purchase' was on 12/11/24. The glasses arrived around 1/17/25 or so. I tried returning. The phone number just rings forever. The email address doesn't have a person monitoring it. Tried for about three hours then contacted my credit card company for fraud.
