9/3/23 I ordered curtains & pillow covers from their website, total $42.98.

Had ordered same curtains a few months ago thru Amazon, but couldn't seem to get size i needed for a 2nd set, so went directly to website, paying almost twice Amazon's price.

After placing order, received email confirming order, stating I'd receive email when order's ready. 3 weeks later on 9/24, I contacted thru their customer service email for update. Today is 10/12. Still haven't heard a thing. So, I went to their website again, found phone#, called, it rang a couple times & I heard a message that the person I'm trying to reach can't receive calls at this time, then it hung up on me. Guess I got scammed and I'm highly upset. I'm also going to to contact Amazon & let them know about it, since they still carry their products.
