You ordered a 14 day trial of the Top Organic Garcinia and Detox. Your trial started on the day you submitted the order on 08/08/18 (14+4 days for S&H the total of 18days) and expired on 08/25/18. Since you did not call to cancel you were charged for the products that you have in your possession.
We understand that you may have forgotten to call in time so please give us a call at 1-800-853-2956 so we can assist you with those charges. I went ahead and cancelled your account in the meantime.

So after receiving their response I immediately called them to inform them that the 14 + 4 days was NOT how they led me to believe was the time frame I had to call to cancel my order. They INDEED CLEARLY said I had 39 DAYS to cancel my order. In fact they played with their words enough to confuse ANYONE, let alone a business person because I would NEVER pay over $100.00/bottle for anything like that! Yet Mark's reply to that was only that he was sorry I misunderstood and that he could only refund me $100.00. I'm sure I am NOT the only person scammed and I just want it put out there for anyone else. Thank you.
