I received a letter along with a check for $2945 from a company that identified itself as Top Choice, 13400 Moss Rd, Charlotte, NC 28273. The bank that issued the check was Wood Forest Bank. The letter told me to deposit the check in my account, keep $400 for my commission, and then go to different stores and purchase reloadable pack cards. Then the letter said the take pictures of the cards that I purchased and send the pictures to [email protected]. I called the ScamPulse.com to see if they could give me information about this. My instinct told me that this was a scam and the ScamPulse.com said they had received calls from consumers who reported receiving similar letters and they were all scams.
