I received, via my boss, a fraud letter sent to him for unemployment benefits. When calling the Illinois Department of Employment Security, I reported this as fraud and was informed whomever used my SS and drivers license number. However the address, phone number and banking information were all incorrect. I have not lived at that address for over a year. When I moved in all that information was on my rental application that was 6 years ago. I have my old and new rental leases I can send to whomever. As I have no reason to file for unemployment nor any reason to ruin my clean record.
