They drive by and offer great deals to other contractors, and sub-contractors. They are confidence men making promises that are to good to be true. I have seen them around being a scaffolding subcontractor. At first it was two of them that want to help you for a great deal. They called and said there boss was ready to talk about money for the material and that it would take 10 days of dry weather to do the project and they would back there work up with lifetime warranty. I gave them a check for materials and they signed a contract with me too. I couldn't believe that these people would try to get away with something like this. They were older men not in there prime pulling a scam like this on a larger company. I don't want anyone else to be scammed. These guy's have already been hit with a lawsuit by my collection company. I been in business for 26+ years and never have had something like this happen.
