Hello there,
Thank you for expressing interest in our property. I am pleased to inform you that it is still available for rent. Here are some important details for your consideration:
Move-in Date: Dec 1st - Jan 1st (Flexible)
Pets Policy: Pets are allowed with an additional $200 Security Deposit (Refundable)
All adults (18+) need to undergo a verification process for their scores.
The terms of the lease range from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 2 years.
Please note that property tours are currently limited to renters with a credit score of 580 and above.
To proceed with setting up an appointment, kindly let us know your preferred date and time between 3 PM and 6 PM, Monday to Sunday. Our schedule is flexible, so feel free to choose a convenient time for you.
However, before finalizing the appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with your credit score information. To do so, please visit the following link: https://TransUnion.Com/Credit-Check. We do not accept credit score results from third parties. Once you have completed the process, kindly send us a snapshot or pictures of your three scores and provide us with your contact number. Our property agent, Joan Holsten, will reach out to you within 2-6 hours to confirm the showing appointment.
