The company website claims to be based in Aurora Colorado, but based on the timestamps of my emails with them, I believe that all of my dealings have been with someone in Hong Kong. On December 5, I ordered five of their T-shirts. On December 6, my credit card was charged for the full amount of the purchase. When two weeks passed, and I had not seen or heard anything, I emailed the customer service address, and inquired about the status of my order. They responded with a tracking number, but they did not tell me what company was tracking it, and there were no live links in the email, so I followed up with an email back to them, asking for that, and then they sent something that allowed me to get to a tracking website. According to the website, my shipment was somewhere between Ohio and Wuhan, China. So, I kept checking the tracking website and on Wednesday, January 8, it informed me that my package had been delivered to my mailbox by the United States Postal Service. There was no package delivered. Since the ninth was a non-workday for the post office, I waited until after the mail was delivered today, January 10, and the package still was not delivered. So I took the information that I had to the post office and spoke with an employee there who was as helpful as possible, but he let me know that the tracking number that I have been given was not a USPS tracking number. He also shook his head, rather sadly, and said he sees this Regularly enough to suspect that it is a scam and encouraged me to log a complaint with the BBB. I have also contacted my credit card company and disputed that charge. It may not do any good, but I can try.

So, I don't know if you have many complaints about this company, but if you do, please add me to the stack. At this time, I'm not asking for a resolution, but I did want to lodge the name of the company with you. Thank you so much.
