This is a scam. They never delivered my product and now refusing to refund me my full amount of $49. I waited for 4 weeks to get my product. When I inquired they told me it had been delivered. When I asked them to provide me a proof, they agreed that it was lost in transit. Now they are refusing to refund me the full amount saying it was shipped so they will deduct the shipping cost. They are scam.

Ordered chairs in July. Received a tracking number. The tracking seemed legit at first. But then it all of a sudden said delivered by postal carrier. I emailed and they said I received my items and no refund would be issued.
