I also got taken by this company since I was vulnerable and wanted to find an online business but luckily I only lost $1,400 we're costing $400 to create the website and then another $1,000 for Google ad marketing and I did run a lot of things on the website but did not make a dime plus they offered to buy my website back and when I wanted to sell it back they said they would auction it and it would take 90 days and then never heard from them again although I was working with a coach which it sound like he tried to help me in the beginning but like I said never made any money with this company

I'm digging into this for my father in law, he's given them near 10k. I just started searching these guys out, but I found this so far: https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100017977009113, it would be unfortunate if this guy was suddenly contacted by everyone they scammed, might make his life miserable.
They got my father inlaw for 10k

If anyone knows of a good Attorney Count me in for a class action suite, they extorted over $3000, frpm me knowing zi was on SSD, I made a review a couple of years ago on the BBB and when I checked again today and it was labled as resolved, so I did what any good American would do and I posted another review about TMZdesign.com this time alerting the BBB that the original complaint about TMZdesign.com was not resolved and I used TMZdesign.com as many times as I could just like this post to help Google make TMZdesign.com famous! Oh by the way you can review TMZdesign.com on Google, based on their Camback address in AZ. infact mine is the one with the star on it, because I am a frequent Google reviewer. Oh I even posted a picture of myself with another review.
You can also make a complaint on my public FB group called scam reports.

Got on board with TMZ design back in Dec of 2020. In June my trainer went on leave, Tom told me another would be assigned. We are now 90 days out and no one has contacted me, emails go unanswered, main # rings busy all the time. Had a site at auction and with no contact have no idea if it was auctioned off and if they owe me Money. I'm out at least close to 5k as well as the monthly 53.25 fee. They did not finish my training our live up to their side of the contract. They definitely need to be investigated as scammers.

How can we take them down? Do you have any leads?.

I'm out about 8k. I had my site up for auction. I talked mainly to CJ,Tom, and Steve piece of [censored] my trainer.

They are huge pieces of [censored]. Steve last got me to give him 900 to run the site for a month.

All he did was copy other articles from well known sites and then change the title. No SEO no nothing.

Dip [censored].

On this page I'm looking for anyone with leads or who we can talk to about this. This really screwed me up and I'm looking to get my money back.

My website is completely gone. It is not on auction either on go daddy. I let them know about it but haven't heard back.

These people NEED to rot in hell

My experience with TMZ Design was bad too. The hosting cost was inflated as was the top key words for Google SEO optimization. The trainer tried accusing me of plagiarism just because I highlighted my links in blue and asked if the articles were mine.

All I got was a two sentence email telling me that Martitza was not available for my June 24 appointment but someone would contact me by the end of the week about my website. Not only did I not receive the contact, efforts to call them or email went unanswered.

The charges to my debit cards were removed but I only received partial refund for hosting costs the other charge for SEO optimization was not active, but I paid more than $1,000 since March 8.at $211.07 a month.

I told GoDaddy of this when i sent my email to [email protected]. They are investigating my claim.

Hi, I am adding to a previous post on here. This page doesn't seem to allow me to go back and edit my original complaint. I believe if I remember, I used the username of JW Rush.

I mainly just wanted to correct myself, and say that what a so-called Russ Ferguson, who initially contacted me by phone, he claimed to be the marketing director for this TMZ design. What it should have said in my complaint previously, is that he lied through his teeth about all kinds of income claims that TMZ designed and Google could make to me. He said Google knew just exactly how much traffic they had to send through my site to get enough people to make purchases through the ads on my affiliate site about trains. He went on to state and guarantee the income claims of 7 to $8,000 on average per month. When I asked him how they could guarantee this, he said oh I know it's hard to believe, but it's true. He went on to say, that everyone he talks to initially, always ask how they can possibly guarantee this, but he said, that I always tell them the same thing I'm telling you, that we can absolutely guarantee you to make these kind of profits. So like an [censored] I went ahead and sent them the money and signed the contract! Boy was I foolish to do this! Most of the reason that they were able to take advantage of me, was that I suffer from bipolar disorder, so I was thinking very irrationally and impulsively at the time. I have called and complain to countless people, only to get passed around from one to the other, and lied to every time, and they always told me that there's no way that Russ Ferguson could have ever made these promises about income to me. And of course they didn't state anything in the contract I signed about this. It was extremely vague. They are just complete and absolute liars, scammers, cheaters, and every other thing you can think of that would be negative about a so-called business. It's funny, they are supposed to be professional website designers, but their own website, if it really is their site, it looks very very generic and simple. So maybe it was built by some 8-year-old kid. Who knows?

But anyway, I repeat, do not be fooled by them at all if they call you or contact you in any way, they are pure evil, controlled by Satan. They have no conscience whatsoever, they will do anything to cheat you and deceive you. They are totally ruthless! I only wish there was some way that I could take them to court and sue them and have them give me a huge chunk of money for all of my troubles, and then I would like for everyone they scammed to also be compensated greatly. But you can only take someone to court that actually exists and can be located, and like I said I don't know if they even have a real address or real people working for them. For all I know they could be people in another country. For all I know, they may be located in some other country, where they wouldn't even be under US jurisdiction to be sued.

Just totally stay away from them!

And please, please, be very very careful and check anyone out that seems to offer a so-called business opportunity. Research and research, when you contact them or they contact you, always ask many questions to try to get a lot of evidence that they are legit. Verify an actual address, actual phone numbers, actual existence of people's names that are mentioned. Ask them for proof of the work and products or services they have provided to others. Just try your best not to be scammed, especially out of thousands of dollars like I was. It really hurts big time, I am still so frustrated and angry, if I knew where these people were, I would literally go there and beat the crap out of each one of them and demand every penny that they cheated me out of! But I guess I've learned a very very expensive and difficult lesson here!

I greatly wish everyone that reads my review or the other reviews on here, or any review on the internet about this ruthless piece of garbage, so-called business, I wish all of you out there a very successful experience on trying to find a great business opportunity, and I hope you are extremely profitable and blessed with a great deal of income. If you read this, thank you very much for your time and efforts. I hope it does help you. God bless each and every one of you! And again, don't let these Satan followers and worshipers con you! God will have the final judgment over people like this, this world is getting more and more corrupt each day. Well here I go blabbing again, I have a Tennessee to do that, I apologize. God bless once again everyone!

Please call me, I am a victim of these [censored] also, they have taken me for about $4,500. I have also contacted the Attorney Generals Office for the state of Arizona and filed a complaint. They really need to look into TMZ design! Please call me anytime! My contact information is:
David Douridas
6886 Clydeway Court
Columbus, Ohio 43085
[email protected]

This place is a total scammer! Please stay away from them! They got my contact information from something that I inquired more information from. A salesman called me up and totally lied in a ton of ways saying they could guarantee me to make $8,000 by having them build and affiliate blogging website for me. They conned me out of over $8,000, they are currently supposed to be trying to auction my domain name off on a site called flipper. They said that they could make me a lot of money doing this. So like an [censored] I paid them $1,200 more to rebuild my website as a real estate website and try to auction off on flippa. Well it's been about 5 plus months now and I've haven't heard anything from them at all. They are totally scammers! Please stay away from them if they contact you. But I'm assuming that they will probably close down and reopen under another name, and then continue to con people out of there hard-earned money. I repeat again, please stay away from this wretched scamming place. And please check out any so-called business or money-making company or opportunity thoroughly before ever giving them money and signing a contract. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is!

They are pure robbers. TMZ design promised me a good website and guaranteed traffic when i bought their platinum package. They did so just to take my money. You should not sign the contract that they send you. After i bought the website they started calling me and asking me for more money for apparently a new stronger domain. They also promised me that if you want to sell the website and the domain you can sell it for a higher price. It was all a lye. They just want to take your money. Someone needs to take care of them because God knows how many people they are scamming right now taking their hard earned money. They are scammers and they should be punished. Please stay way of them because they are Robbers.

I was buying a website from TMZ designs.com to surprize my husband for retirement, I was told I had their platinum package at $298. Plus $49. Hosting fee With 4 funnels of income and thats all I needed. But after they only show you the back end of a website they drop a bombshell on you and tell you you need to advertise with the credit balance on you credit card they get you to divulge with their smooth talk. Then you get a bad gut feeling and read the F rating on the BBB and find out in small print on their website that their services are only meant for Entertainment and educational purposes and you get buyers remorse, they laugh at you while you cry and hyperventilate on the phone because you now know you made a grave mistake. Mr Michael Strong even tried to black mail me by saying he was going to tell my husband how much I spent and said " now who's the thief and who's the liar" after I called them theives for not giving me my money back.Their consolation was they reimbursed me for the website but didnt want to give me the $2998 unless I would sign another one of their bogus contracts stating I wouldnt say anything negative about them. Then they would give me $1,500 via check in 7-10 days and another $1,500 check in 30 days. AARP Fraud division told me to not sign the contract. But here I am, buyer beware I have a disability and they took advantage of me and I was taken for over $3000. And I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Now Praying for it to be returned by my Visa credit card that I reported it to for fraud for services not rendered. I also reported them to FBI who said to make out a report to www.IC3.com for scam and next the BBB and you can too. And oh by the way my husband now knows about my surprise for him and he supports this message.
Have a Blessed Day

Correction FBI report needs to be made to
www.IC3.GOV

I am reporting elder abuse about TMZ Design, along with CJ Affiliates.. They took my money and kept on asking for more, to accentuate my shopping website. It was a shopping scam. After six months my training is incomplete and my website had gone down a number of times, preventing me from writing blogs, along with trainer not being on time for telephone training calls. I am sorry I ever signed up with these scam companies. I lost approximately $3,500.

Not good I really wanted to work on my website but knew it sounded not quite right.

My experience with TMZ Design was not fruitful. I engaged them to build a website for the purposes of marketing theatrical and film activities market. Feed them all the contacts, information, and graphics of the major outlets in the area, and got absolutely nothing useful in return, and lost - 3000.00 in the process. They were totally focused on inserting pop-up ads in the main product and asking me for more money to do that, instead of developing a useable web site as I had paid them to do.
