Bought product online, product did not work. Emailed stating so to initiate return which their site states 30’day return policy. They gave me the run around stalling and avoid the return. Very unethical business practice and false advertising with their products and business policies. In the end had to dispute the charge with my credit card company since they had a return protection program.
