Timothy K Mayes posing as a real estate agent, coarse my husband into selling the mobile home for $5,000. Even though my husband explained to this individual that I was on the title of the home. This individual told my husband that me being on title did not matter.
My husband is elderly and has mental issues. My husband had received a letter from the mobile park management stating that the management would take the mobile home if he did not pay the rent space due. Tim used this letter to pressure my husband into signing the purchase agreement. Tim took my husband to the management office to pay for the space rent past due.
I had already discussed a payment plan agreement with management and was going to make full payment for the space rent that was back due.
This individual took advantage of my husband’s vulnerability and tried to scam him out of his home and everything, including personal property. The purchase agreement was made on July 25th, 2023, but the contract was dated July 26, 2023. My husband was given until August 10, 2023 to vacate.
