ACP benefit was transferred from my ATT prepaid acct to U2Connect NOW (info from Lifeline representative after many, manyof calls to AT&T,ACP getting 0 info on how or where my ACP benefit disappeared to, used with ATT for 2 years$30 towards mobile service,got a text I needed to pay my ATT bill service was disconnected. Found # for U2Connect Now on internet,called it, indeed an account was opened Feb 4 in my name using my ACP benefit. Canceled over the phone ,filed report with FTC,identity theft.gov,AT&T fraud. The next day I received a phone call from a woman saying she was ATT client service specialist and FTC had asked her to follow up on the complaint I filed. 12 minute call telling me at end that she sent me an email with her phone # and links to click on. Only upon seeing the email did I figure out . Letterhead read' Att Services Inc,Office of the President. ' clearly fake,with her name Tina Kite Client services specialist phone 858-522-8928. Didn't click links ,she has called 3 times since until fed up I called her out. More emails. Said she was sending me ATT Mastercard for 50$ which is what I had to pay for service to reconnect. She instructed me to apply for an ACP transfer back to ATT and ask for exception to once a month transfer of ACP benefit. I did email her back and say it showed no option ,I don't know how much they have or how I was exposed froze accounts in 3 credit bureaus and got. 1 yr identity theft marked. ACP will not give me my benefit back to ATT because I canceled the fraudulent account opened at U2Connect Now B4 transferring back to ATT and new applications ended Feb 7th.Hardly a new application. and I did try a transfer to Att but said can only transfer once a month. ATT tryed to conference call ACP to no avail. Sucks benefit should have been good 3 more months until end of April when program ends, 2 bogus charges showed on my Direct Express statement from TUFRM.ME 18412 VIA DI REGINA 855-571-2371 FL USA $4.95 on 2/5 and $49.95 on 2/8 Just discovered this evening, your site says it's a scam with phone number entered. Just jibberish on web looking up TUFRM.ME , SORRY SO LONG WINDED AND SPORADIC
