On 3/23/17 Texted and spoke with "Ryan Gary" about costs and purchase of English Bulldog he gave me the information regarding shipping of puppy. I was given a price of 350.00 for puppy and 100.00 for shipping him to us. We sent the money Western Union sent him a pic of of receipt for money sent.On 3/24/17 Received info that he would make arrangements for shipping of puppy in the morning and we would be able to pick him up at our local airport. Received several confirmation texts from Mr Gary regarding shipping of puppy, and was notified that the arraignments were made and I would get a confirmation from the shipper when to pick up the puppy. I received an email from shipper confirming address of buyer, shortly after that I received several emails from shipper stating that there is a refundable insurance charge of 875.00 and that I should send it Western Union and say that is was for a friend and not tell them what the money was for. After contacting the seller (Ryan Gary) he stated oh yeah there is a refundable charge for insurance. After several messages back and forth I asked for him to please call me to either refund my money or make arrangements for me to travel to Texas to pick up the puppy, I have not heard from him since.
