I purchased concert tickets through TixCity 3 months ago. As far as I remember I only had one charge on my credit card. The 2 tickets that were overpriced but I thought it was because of the artist. They never mailed tickets, they said that the tickets got lost in the mail so they were sent again to the venue and left at Willcall. When I tried to pick up the tickets they didn't have them and they told me that they had received several reports, that night, about the same company for that concert.
