received phone call asking if interested in selling my time share. i was interested. she would send me proposal. offered me $39,900 her boss will call me. title company sent over contract by email. broker called and went over it in detail. no money out of our pocket. we signed and emailed them back. a week later we get another email saying that there was a bumped in the road and that we need to wire transfer $5000 to the Mexican bank for tax purposes. called right away and told them that we didn't have $5000 to send. he said, beg, borrow or put it on your credit card. i said no way have the buyer send the $5000. he'd call back. called back same thing, we needed to send this money for deal to go through. we told them we will think about it. tried calling them next day neither the broker to title lawyer would get on phone with me. then i get another email with a guarantee letter attached that we would get our $5000's back. i emailed back stating that i was having my lawyer check their license & ins and then i was going to report both of them. i haven't heard back from either one. i don't want the same thing happening to some other person. they even said google our companies. not one complaint or negative comment. thank you for your time.
