A total of 5 items were purchased on March 9th 2026. After about 2 weeks I sent the first email asking for an update on the order cause it had not shipped. They informed me that it was a preorder (not disclosed on the website clearly). Okay, sure, I apologized and waited the 6-11 weeks that the customer service rep told me was the expected date. The next time I reached out I was told end of April. The next time I was told May 18th, the next I was told May 26th, it is now June 2nd and I have yet to see any updates on my order or any email back from them after threatening to report them.
