I was Christmas shopping online and an ad popped up for karaoke machines, so I clicked on it, and proceeded to order two machines. I received a confirmation number, but then noticed the links to the support or phone or website would not connect to anything. I waited a few weeks for the product, and called the company, TinytunesPro, who proceeded to tell me that my product was shipped and would arrive on Dec 9th. It did not. I called several more times, only to be told, each time I called, that it was already shipped and would arrive in "two days". I told them they have been saying that for a month now. I asked for refund and they refused, stating the reason as they already shipped it. I asked for email with tracking number on it, and they refused to send me one. They gave me a number to write down. I knew better, after realizing that I had been scammed, to enter the number into my phone or laptop, because that probably is malware. They refused to send email with tracking and date of shipment, because then I cannot dispute it, which they are aware.
