I ordered children’s shoes on Thanksgiving of 2025. I asked about my order after a month, giving some extra time for shipping during the holiday season. I asked for a refund & they said they were going to resend my order. That second order did not arrive. I asked about a refund, they said they were escalating my issues to their shipping team. I gave them plenty of time. As I mentioned, I ordered on Thanksgiving of 2025 and Feb 17 is when they escalated the issue to the shipping team. I have the entire email thread. I’d love to share the thread but it would be a lot of screen shots. I’d rather forward the email chain if I can.

The items I purchased never arrived. The fake tracking information said they were lost. When I contacted then they refused to help in any way. When I reported them to PayPal as the order was two separate orders, one of the orders was refunded as PayPal confirmed it was fraudulent but the other they didn’t refund as Tiny Explorings submitted fake tacking confirmation that said items had been delivered, and out in my mailbox. An impossibility as I have no mailbox. Do not use this company unless you like giving free money to scammers.

I had made an order with Tiny Explorings that the amount of $28.98 came out of my account on March 27th. I have tried being in contact with them numerous times to get tracking information, confirmation email, etc. They FINALLY sent me a tracking link. I have asked for a refund of my amounts. They asked for the last 4 of credit card number, which I will not be giving them. They should be able to search by my name or the tracking info. I have yet to receive my package that I ordered 2 months ago and I am out money!

Ordered March 29th, never received order or tracking information. May 25th, reached out for a refund. They said my order was in transit. I asked for tracking information and the link they provided said my order was delivered April 28th, but I never received it. I asked for a refund because I never received the order. They said they’re “checking” with no other information. They said they can’t refund because it’s “in transit” even though the tracking link says delivered almost a month ago. They refuse to issue a refund.

Never received the product ordered. Requested a refund on several occasions with an automated response assuring me my item was on the way. This was 4 months ago

For the Love of god, do not order from this company. Upon doing for the research after having zero updates about an order that I had placed I had reached out to their customer service that merely responds with automated messages. Stating that my order had been shipped and was on its way and could not cancel nor refund my purchase. Despite them sending a link to track my package and even the link that they had sent stated that my order had not been shipped. They then offer a 10% refund and a free pair of toddler shoes to make up for the issue, all while continuing to deny a refund. If you look up their Facebook information and their business history you can see that they have changed their name multiple times. I'm assuming to avoid detection, and will continue to change their name. You will never see your items nor receive a refund.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website. I did not receive any confirmation or payment, a purchase receipt, or shipping tracking. I had to reach out to customer support. After many back-and-forth emails, I'm still without a receipt. I was provided "shipping tracking" that I believe is bogus.

Placed an order for the Tiny Explorings sock-like shoes; the shipping was about $11. The tracking says the shoes bounced between two cities (in New York), made it up through New Hampshire, to southern Maine, and now they are bouncing around the same two cities in New York.
The customer service email is clearly an automated message. The "head of customer service" Caroline, keeps sending the same email, in which she says "for any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me" then it says "for any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us"...but the ONLY way to contact is emailing "Caroline".
It has been 22 days since placing the order, and "Caroline" just keeps saying, due to a surge in business, it is taking a bit longer to fulfill orders. How many people, and how much they purchased has absolutely no effect on order that have already been shipped!
Still, same automated emails from "Caroline", always ending with encouragement to contact her/them.
The reviews on their website are made/posted internally; which means they are trying to make themselves look good.
All legitimate reviews from actually consumers are acutely negative.

Sold me baby booties, never received product..

I ordered from them on 1/19 and received my box on 2/3, only for the box to have toilet seat covers in it. Since then I’ve been requesting a refund, with no response from the company.

Ordered two pairs of shoes plus mystery box in November 2023. Never received the order. They send me a fake tracking number and kept saying it's in process. After 2 months I asked for a refund and after 7 emails, all I got back from them is, the CEO will contact you.

Like several others have shared here, do not purchase the mystery box. I ordered the "big mystery box" and received this nonsense foam circle. Complete waste of money. I'd have to pay shipping to return it and would end up paying more than the refund would be. Beware!

I purchased shoes for my son over a month ago and once I told them never mind because it was still not delivered I asked for a refund and all I got was the CEO will contact you that ! Was over a week ago and after 3 emails there hasn’t been any response for my refund ! Don’t buy anything from these people!

DO NOT order mystery boxes they send a small (no bigger than one of infant shoes) teddy bear that is maybe worth $1 and say it's valued at $30+ and comes in same super small package the baby shoes come in. I ordered the HUGE mystery box. Complete false advertising. Shoes are cute but skip the mystery boxes.

I purchased a pair of Tiny Exploring Shoes online. They advertised free shoes and you paid for shipping. As you check out they offer you a discounted Huge Mystery Box for an additional $7.00. In the picture they show large items like a stroller, slide etc. when the shoes arrived it has a tiny (6-7 in tall) keychain bear. When I contacted Tiny Explorings they claimed that was the Huge Mystery Box. We confronted about it being misleading they said I could pay to ship it to Denmark and then they would refund me. It's would cost more to ship it then it's worth. Do not fall for their scam.

I ordered a pair of their sock shoes from an Instagram ad (various Reddit threads showed this was a legitimate business and people claimed to have received and enjoyed their products). After several weeks I checked the tracking and the USPS website stated the package had been seized for using counterfeit postage. I contacted the seller and they stated they would look into the problem and get back to me with a resolution. I never heard back, even after multiple attempts to contact them again. Eventually I filed a claim with my credit card to have my cost refunded.

Definitely a scam. Do not purchase from Tiny Explorings.

Is there anyway we can get our money back?

Advertised as free give away of sample shoes but must pay for shipping. Entered all necessary information for payment and delivery. Shoes never delivered.

I ordered 3 pairs (buy 1 get 2 free, too good to be true) of baby shoes from Tiny Explorings, a company that advertises heavily on social media. I usually don't order shoes online but felt comfortable because they offered a 90 day free trial with full money back guarantee. They arrived and were clearly cheap and shipped from China. The sizes were wrong (I used their size chart) and the quality was bad. I reached out for a refund, and they said I had to ship them back to Denmark at my own expense. I referred to the 90 day refund policy on their site and they said no, it says you have to ship to Denmark. It does not. Here's the product page: https://www.tinyexplorings.com/products/tinyexploringssock-shoes. I've attached a screen shot as well.

I did some digging and it looks like they are drop shipping from Ali Baba. See links below. Others posted that this is a scam and I wish I had looked them up first. https://www.reddit.com/r/Parents/comments/ue3zxf/shoe_brand_2_tiny_feet_is_a_sca... />
