I paid $750. for a puppy and they told me they needed another $1500. for a crate because supposedly due to covid and the temp and the age of the puppy. The dog was supposed to arrive at 9pm and was told that it wouldn't cause I didn't pay the $1500. They told me the puppy was at the transit station waiting to board the plane. But can't unless I pay the $1500 first. They took forever to get back to me when I stated I had questions about the crate. But when they thought I was going to $1500 they emailed and texted me. Needless to say I lost the $750 and never received the puppy. They wanted the money paid to them on American Express and was pushy.
