On January 29th of 2022, my wife and I attended a seminar hosted by THS at the Juniper Hotel in Cupertino, CA at which time we signed up and paid for their service to relieve us of our timeshare's annually increasing maintenance fee. We had contacted them in the interim and were told to wait for 2 years to elapse. Hence being February of 2024, we attempted to call only to find the phone number disconnected. We also attempted to call one Levi Stracke via his cell phone, (417) 350-0615, and the call is forwarded to an automated answering service. We left at least one message. We were given one more phone number for a Jessica who was responsible for title and underwriting, (720) 999-6269. Calls to this immediately drop. A little research led us to an agent of Process, CT Corporation System, 7700 East Arapahoe Road, Suite 220, Centennial, CO 80112. We have our original package with signed documents and a charge receipt.

My husband and I received a postcard inviting us to a complimentary meal for two in December of 2021. The postcard stated the presentation would provide options of how to get rid of our timeshare contract, regardless of the situation. We had paid the timeshare off and had no mortgage. We just wanted to get out of it.

We listen to the presentation and the representative sold us on the 100% money back guarantee, full refund if they could not eliminate our timeshare contract within two years. One year later, I called the 1-800-637-5110 number and the rep kept saying the documents were sent to Bluegreen's legal department. On March 23, 2023, the same excuse was given. On April 18, 2023, the Timeshare rep claimed Bluegreen Vacations didn't received the documents. I called Bluegreen Vacations legal department who claimed they couldn't provide me information or confirm they received the documents. Bluegreen did provide another mailing address and I provided that to Timeshare. Well, in November of 2003, Timeshare is not answering the phone at the 1-800-637 5110 number. It goes directly to voicemails.

TimeShareHelpSource meeting was 05-11-2022 in Akron Ohio.

Emily , Gary and Tammy (who is on National Harbor contract) were talked into signing a contract to exit Wyndham timeshare vacations. We were pressured by displaying false information. Convinced us that Wyndham had broken laws that their lawyers could sue Wyndham to recover our money that we had invested to buy points. By the time the session us over we were so brain washed we signed. Emily suffers from depression and was totally afraid that Wyndham would never let us out of our contract. They would hunt down our Tammy and Tammy’s children for the maintenance fees. Signing with TimeShareHelpSource was our only way out. We gave them half of our saving for nothing.

Then we found out that Wyndham would not take back the contracts or let us sell the contract because we contacted a Third Party. We are totally stuck. Can’t give it back and can’t sell it. The next step is to see if a Lawyer can help us. That means spending more money that we can’t afford.

This is just for information because i realize I have been scammed and will never see my $8940.00! This is about Timeshare Help Source. I paid them to get me out of my timeshare. I sent all the documents; I called after several months, and they told me that I had not sent one of the documents which I did. Why didn't they call or write me about this? The first few months, I could get somebody to answer the phone. The last time I called and actually somebody answered was probably 6 months ago. I complained and they said their lawyer would call me. Yea right, I knew that was a big fat lie. Since then, I have not been able to reach anyone. Their website has also disappeared! The man that sold me the exit plan will not answer his phone anymore either. They told me not to pay my maintenance fees during this time so i didn't. So, after about 6 months, get a letter from a collection agency about the unpaid fees! I ended up paying them plus another $250 penalty!!!!!! I hate this company and I pray that someday somebody will bring them down. They belong in prison! No telling how many people hve been scammed. I am 67 and live off limited income like alot of others. What really ticked me off was that I found out later that my timeshare company has a free exit plan and Timeshare Help Source was supposed to inform me of this!! I can't believe all the replies they are giving to these people. It just makes me sick to my stomach! Stay far far away from this company. I know I will get my money back when hell freezes over!! I hope they all get what is coming to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I met with an anonymous group of people at a hotel in Lynchburg, VA. with representatives from Timeshare Help Source. Our rep, Brian Humphries, prepared paperwork for getting rid of our two time shares with Massanutten Resorts and Hilton Head Resorts for $10,000 via Capital One. I paid $1529.00 until I learned that Massanutten had not received any paperwork nor monies from this company. I attempted phone calls and texts to the representative and calls to the numbers provided on his card but received no answers. I called and wrote to their business office in Colorado which received no response. Their website does not come up and searches suggest a scam company. I don't know how to contact this company to ask for a refund/cancellation.
