I have been contacted out of the clear blue by a person ( Todd Lewis ) who says he works for a company called Timeshare Options. He told me they have sold my timeshare in New Smyrna Beach Florida. I am checking to see if this company is legitimate or if you know anything about them. He told me he would be sending me a certified bank check and I would have to deposit the closing costs to a Bank of America account. While I did pay someone years ago to try and sell my timeshare I have forgotten their name. I recently lost my wife and would like to sell this "property" but at the same time do not want to be ripped off. By the way, the person called me from a Jacksonville phone number and here it is; 904-343-3047.
