I still am not sure what just went on but I had a gut feeling that I didn’t owe this company. Never heard of them The man’s name I spoke with and gave my information to name was Logan Mayes. I’m going to cancel my card now so they will get no money from me.!

Someone called from an attorneys office and knew the last four numbers of my social security number and knew the name of my old bank account and tried to get me to pay them 800.00 from a timely payday loan I supposedly took out in 2019. I was caring for my dying mother at that time and was certainly not taking out pay day loans! These people ought to be punished

Today I received a fourth call from Timely payday to say that the police is coming to my address 7861 PaperBirch to take me to jail for something that I can take care of today sending money what i took. I never heard of Timely payday loan. On April 24th I went to bankruptcy court and in 60 days it will be a discharge. I have the case number and the last call they had the case number. I told the man today even if i never took a dime I put it on my bankruptcy without a case number or an address. They still calling.

I was contacted by a Justin from Nationwide Solutions on behalf of Timely Payday Loans for a loan I supposedly took out years ago. (704-931-6354) They had my social and an old account number and stated that I got money from them. I have no idea who they are nor have I received any funds from them so take me to court. I called my financial institution and they have no record of any of this. I filed a SS fraud alert on them and hope this stops. If not we will be going to court

Currently, I told Timely PayDay loan to take me to court. They are seriously trying to claim they gave me money in April 2019. I was moving into my apartment that month, I had not taken out any loans and I refuse to get Payday loans. I am hoping they take me to court because I have proof and I am unafraid and I will be trying to counter sue. This is ridiculous, how far will they go for their scams?

I am being threatened with jail for not pay a payday loan. I Did not take out a payday loan wth timely payday loans. I am unable to work and they want 7,956.89 for a supposedly 500.00 and 300.00 loan that never took out. I was married at the time and we didn’t need loans like this. We had a good credit union we went through.

I received a call from Quality Resolving Services on behalf of Timely Payday Loans saying I took out a loan of $1700 which I did not. Tried to call Timely Payday in 5 different states and ALL the numbers are not working numbers. If they have marked my credit I will take legal action against them. Don't be fooled!
