Placed an order with the company. Recieved an email saying product would not be delivered due to missing postage. Emailed with company. They insisted package would still be delivered. Emailed again a week later. They stated package would be delivered. Package has still not arrived and tracking provided brings me back to a tracking page on company's website. Informed them I would cancel order and file a fraud claim with me cc company as well as with BBB.
