Online Scam

I saw an ad of crystal mugs on Facebook. The products I ordered were supposed to be crystal mugs, beautiful, not painted but natural. The videos and photos presented look real, not AI. I ordered 2 mugs. What I got was two mugs made of some kind of plastic looking material like resin, awfully horrible attempt at hand painting, just awful. Inside was a metal cup for liquids, I guess. I also ordered a spoon with carved flowers and a small crystal, that's the only real-looking thing. After receiving the items, I immediately emailed the company, saying what the problem is and I want to return them and get a refund. According to their website, it was possible within 2 weeks. I recall the return shipping wouldn't be free. I waited for the response, I lost hope, and all of a sudden got an email back a MONTH after! I was scammed because of the untimely response when according to their website I had two weeks to return the items and I think they even had to receive them within two weeks for me to get the refund. You can't send the items back to the address on the box, you have to wait for them to email you back providing a new address. Eventually, I settled for 35% refund. At least something...There is no phone number to reach anyone quickly, its says live chat available in the "contact us" section, but it's not. Only email, not reliable. I wonder if only the mugs are scams, maybe the clothes are too.
