I went to the website Ticket masters .com to purchase tickets for a concert. I picked out the seats and made the purchase on my credit card. When the transaction was finalized. it was done through this tickets meters.com not Ticket masters, I never received the tickets and the concert was cancelled. I never received a refund for the tickets $2448.31, or for the insurance i purchased for 140.76. They have sent me e-mails stating that the refund is on its way, This purchase was made 2/14/2020. The concert was cancelled due to the virus in early June. i have all the receipts and charges still on mt credit card.
