Tickets Squeeze fraudulently masquerades as venue sites

Same happened to me, as above complaints, I clicked on link from Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA, to buy tickets for Shoreline Amphitheater for Nickleback and was redirected to Ticket Squeeze who were fraudulently masquerading as the Shoreline Amphitheater venue site. I ended up paying more for each ticket and more in fees then if I bought tickets thru Live Nation or Ticketmaster and I got worse seats. I later clicked on Shoreline Amphitheater page and the buy now linked to Live Nation, which had better and cheaper seats. Somehow Tickets Squeeze was able to phish the site link to buy tickets. Tickets Squeeze is a scam unethical reseller. They did transfer tickets to me and now I am wondering if the tickets are legit.

How is this happening ?

Can’t actually believe this is happening. Last night I bought 3 tickets for a playoff baseball game this Friday, total $435 USD for the 3.
Seller transferred me 1 ticket. And has disappeared.
The ticket was sent to Me on ticketmaster. I told ticketmaster what is happening and they said you need to speak to the site you purchased them from. They only provide them.
I then urgently emailed ticket squeeze and they are now telling me they are investigating and to allow them 3-5 business days to reply.
The game is in 2 days. This in bananas.
I’m so mad that a ticket sales agency can let something as fraudulent and crooked happen like this. My receipt says 3 tickets. Do they not verify that I received 3 tickets when the seller transfers my order? Do they not even verify their sellers at all? I just wanted to buy baseball tickets.

Exact same thing happened to me for a concert with tickets from Ticketmaster website itself! They told me that the tickets I bought were not theirs they were with AXS and that I had to fight with AXS. On the webpage (which I had a picture of) it said 2 tickets, then in email it showed only 1 Purchase for the price of the two tickets and not a number of tickets. The website says "dont worry, it will take some time for the seller to send you the tickets but they will be there before the show." Ticketmaster refused to help even though it was bought on their website and clearly looked like their mistake and AXS which was information sent by them just argued I had to deal with Ticketmaster cause that is where I bought them. TICKETMASTER NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS! They are ruining the entire country with this [censored]! They merged with Live Nation and now you will never get to an event without Ticketmaster or Live Nation ruining it! The US anti-trust laws are seriously failing us in this space and Ticketmaster has been left to get away with this for WAY to long, they were awful 20+ years ago. Wish someone with clout could/would do something about it.

Purchased Iron Maiden tickets never received them

I purchased Iron Maiden tickets in December for a September show. I still have not been able to receive my tickets. Every time I click the link on the ticket squeeze website to claim my tickets I get the following message:

I have tired calling them several times, Sat on hold for over an hour and half with no answer - sent email and received a generic email back stating that someone will contact me within 5 days. No one has ever contacted me back. I have tried getting a hold of someone 4 different times since December. I would recommend NOT USING TICKET SQUEEZE AT ALL.. That will take your money and RIP YOU OFF!

I accidentally bought the wrong time for the show and called the "customer service number" the next MINUTE. After a 1.5 hour long hold they said they would call me back. Happened three times and no callback so I sent emails asking for help, and only ever received form emails stating that it's national service norms not to refund. After attempting to cancel the payment and being told by PayPal that they wouldn't resolve it in time, I decided to use the tickets that the email they sent said were at Will Call. THEY WERE NOT THERE and the ticket office had NO RECORD of them being purchased. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM and I knew it the minute that they could not be contacted. I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau.

This company is not doing business in a reputable way. They are scam artists, as reported. I never got my tickets. Instead I got a LONG email about 1 1/2 hours before the show with instructions to download the TicketMaster app and create an account, which does not make sense to me. The tickets were supposed to be delivered to me 3 days before! Never again. I am so disappointed as it was a birthday present for me. If I were you, I would go with an established merchant. Not these fakers.

I got on DMB website to look for tickets for LB concert at the Gorge AMP. I got directed to Ticketmaster where purchased my 3 day concert pass and Premier camping. Somewhere in there, Ticket Squeeze took over the sale. I bought this package in March. I contacted them via emails & phone calls. They reassured me of my purchase and helped me to change ticket delivery. Even on the way to the concert, 400 miles from home I got a VM from "Paul" saying all was well with my purchase and to "enjoy the concert" The tickets I did receive were for camping only but had Ticketmaster on the page along with seats/rows.
What a SCAM
This company needs to be shut down.

I went online to buy Doobie Brothers tickets through Ticketmaster and was cut off by this company when purchasing. I have not been able to reach anyone or receive our tickets for the concert. I keep going down dead ends on the phone and email to try and talk to someone.

Ticket reseller links to concert venue for concert ticket purchases in lieu of original box office. Including all fees, I paid more than double for same tickets as everyone else. I wasn’t aware that I was using a reseller that would charge me more than double since the link was found directly on the venue’s website. I called to try and resolve the issue and they offered me a discount, which still didn’t price match the regular prices, but only if I signed a “resolution agreement.” Deceptive and shady.
