- Missouri City, TX, USA

I purchased 3 tickets from ticket master for a concert Dec 8 in Oakland California. I purchased them for family members to attend the concert. I live in Houston Texas. Because I was transferring the tickets to my family members I wanted to confirm with Ticket Masters that they would be able to have no issues getting into concert. I looked online and saw the ticket masters website and the 833 500 3762 and 833 308 2285 contact numbers attached to that website. So because of that I assumed it

was legitimate. I contacted the number and Andrew suggested to me go to a cvs to get a gift card to finalize the confirmation. I thought it was an odd request but it did say ticketmaster on the website and those numbers were attached so I did it.I didnt feel right so an hour later I looked on line and realized that I was scammed. I went back to cvs to get them to cancel the transaction and they gave me a number for their 1 800 line to open an investigation. 4 days go by and then they tell me it was nothing that they could do. Then they told me to contact Target. Target also said it was nothing that they could do. I was failed by 3 companies! Ticketmaster needs to put some type of safeguards to protect their consumers from these predators and both CVS and Target must do a better job of protecting the customers from fraud issues.
