I called the number I found in the Internet after googling Ticketmaster customer service.... I was asked what my order # was for my event and how much was paid...after I told him he said that because of my inconveniences, they would reimburse me$90.00 of my purchase but they would have to cancel my order first amd then I would buy a gift card for the initial purchase price( because he said they couldn't take bank information over the phone) then they would creat a new order with the discounted price...I agreed and purchased the gift card for ,$390.00...they took my card info amd placed me on hold for a little bit....he came back on the phone and told me that the cancellation was successful and now I would have to purchase another gift card And send them an additional 240.00 (,in order to validate the bank I would be using) right there all RED FLAGS went up ...I refused to give them anymore money and they said I would lose my $390.00 if I didn't complete the second payment...I hung up with them and called the actual Ticketmaster where they confirmed that they weren't affiliated with Solutions ticket ..then when I google the company name nothing show up anymore but when I google the phone number the company name shows up
