Implied "Unauthorized parking and Trespassing" on the truck stop lot with NO visible signs posted prohibiting overnight parking.

I have parked my truck along the other 6-8 trucks already parked there and walked in the store, and asked the person behind the counter, am I supposed to pay for overnight parking.

The answer was NO. So I spend some money at the store out of courtesy and vent back to my truck!

In the morning, there was another 5-6 trucks parked there.

NO TICKET WAS ATTACHED TO ANY OF THE VEHICLES!

Tractor-trailer stopped at a roadside gas station in Byhalia, Mississippi, where driver went into station for short period of time, returned to unit and found a ticket on the windshield from A-Ticket, LLC demanding $500.00 within five (5) days. The ticket purported to include photos of the location, which were not and have not been supplied. Driver did not observe ANY posted "no parking signs." The "ticket" threatened all forms of legal repercussions in Memphis, Tennessee, even though the alleged incident occurred in Mississippi. These repercussions included additional fees, all court costs, process server fees, investigation fees, all other costs incurred in the collection and reasonable attorney's fees. To date, the prayer for relief sits at $8,150.00. In checking with the Mississippi Secretary of State, this company is not registered in Mississippi as a domestic or foreign corporation and is not authorized to transact business in that state. Also, it is not a duly authorized law enforcement agency in Mississippi with ANY authority whatsoever to issue parking citations. Further, the "scuttlebutt" around the Shelby County General Sessions Court is this company is a total sham and one judge, in particular, in on them "like while on rice."

I am a truck driver and on March 12, 2025 I arrived at 383 Papermill Rd., Granada, MS 38901 to park 2 1/2 miles away from my delivery location, I received a “parking ticket” -ticket posted on my driver door four hours after parking. It has a QR code and when you scan it they are requesting $500 dollars to be paid. Two other truck drivers had also received the citation and by the time I woke up, one driver had called local police. Officer Austin was dispatched on site and said not to pay this because it was not against city ordinance to park here and to look into it for possible scam
