This Scammer uses business cards to catch people attention for parking & traffic ticket dismissal. Asks you to send copy of ticket and a fee thru cash app even emails an fake invoice. Pays the fine so when you check online its paid then ask for credit card to send money back. once they have the credit card number they attempt to buy gift cards luckily my credit card caught it. they later cancel the payment made on the ticket so u still have and unpaid ticket and money scammed they block your number and wont answer you.
