The website has a PayPal link that does nothing but deposit money into the scammers PayPal account while offering nothing in return. The entire storefront is fake and used as a means to extract money from credit cards. The PayPal account is based in Palau thought the company info says it’s based in Colorado. The name used on the PayPal account was Lisa Vega; she later “adjusted” the amount to take more money.

Went online to purchase bourbon from their site. I even used the Scam advisor website to check which came back positive, but as soon as the transaction was complete i got over 50 emails with confirmations and i then was charged 4 separate times before my credit union figured out it was fraud and closed my debit card. I think did some research and even found a youtube video describing how this site was a scam. this made me go into the negative in my account and while i will eventually get my money back, i was charged 140 in NSF charges, and they took $700 from me. This site should be shut down.

I ordered 10 bottles of Iron and Sand Cabernet wine. They claimed there was an error in the payment and to "try later" or another form of payment. There was no error because Tibilog processed both payments of $94.80 ($189.60). I never received any information regarding my order but there is "WEB SERVICE" who sent me an email when I contacted them regarding my order. They asked me for the ORDER # which I gave them in my initial email. I have not heard back from them either. My order was placed on Oct. 7, 2024. Tibilog's email address is invalid AND Tibilog's phone number prompt states "The wireless customer you called is not available. Please try your call later. I also received a text from someon posing to be the US Customs stating that a package was be detained at customs for 24 hours due to an invalid address, which is not invalid. they told me to reply via the "link". I did no such thing! I have not yet contacted my bank, but plan to do so.
