Should always follow my rules, if it seems too good to be true avoid it. I did not in this case and I placed an order with them in April 2022 in June they eventually supplied shipping details and tracking. parcel under up in Co. Durham 120 Miles from me (I live in Yorkshire) so contacted them and now Feb 2023 they have resent the goods and again supplied tracking number this time it is some 245 miles away in Somserset. Have supplied correct shipping address at least 5 times. now going to try the UK Courts to reclaim my money. the website should be shut down by authorities!

En los anuncios que ponen en los video juegos aparecía que tianshops estaba vendiendo mesas de noche, hice la compra con mi tarjeta de crédito y fue una vil estafa, ahora que busco la página ya no aparecen muebles solo carteras, y ni señales del producto que compre.
Así que alerta no hagan ninguna compra a esta "tienda". Son unos delincuentes

I made a purchase from them and I received a tracking number but the destination was Antrim Northern Ireland, I live in London England about 500 miles away. They have the insult to say that my purchase was delivered. SCAMMERS INCORPORATED should be their trading name.

Ho ordinato un dondolo in data 23 Aprile 2022 sul sito wayfair pagando 59.58 $ è da maggio che mando messaggi al supporto, mi dicono sempre la stessa cosa, il tuo ordine è stato inviato in Italia, di farmi aiutare anche dal mio vicino di casa se necessario per risalirci,ho fatto pure il controlli sul track ma è falso! Risulta di qualcuno in Italia ma non è mio !Attenzione è una vera e propria truffaaa!

I ordered the cookware on 4/01/2022 and received a receipt via email from Kimshow LLC. All communication has been from [email protected]. Money lost $59.98 , they gave me a tracking number and the package was delivered to someone with no contact details . I send several emails until to date I didn’t receive any feedback of the delivered address. I got to know about them via instagram and they looked legit, kindly assist if possible for refund.

I ordered the cookware on 3/31/2022 and received a receipt via email from Kimshow LLC. All communication has been from [email protected]. Being the optimist that I am, I have been encouraged by the quick responses to my emails. That being said, it is now 7/26/2022 and after I tracked until my package was received in St Thomas, VI at an unknown address, I do not expect to ever receive! I found this deal advertised on Facebook so I ignorantly trusted after finding nothing negative about this company online. My loss was approximately $70.00! I am still receiving messages from them but it is just one disappointment after another. Also, the order was from England but all shipping info.indicated China! If you can help me get a refund or just one pot, I will be eternally grateful. North Carolina is a far cry from St Thomas!

I tried more time to contact someone to have more information and still receive automated reply like "Dear Customer, Your package has been sent and is in transit. Due to COVID-19, the logistics provider is short of manpower and the delivery time will be prolonge"
