They have a video you watch on Facebook about addressing your thyroid health. He claims he’s a doctor and will consult with you by mapping the epigenetics of your thyroid health. You provide your email and name first. Then when you purchase the product, you can give your credit card or use PayPal. I used PayPal and then once in PayPal, I used my payment method which is my credit card. Once I ordered the mapping, next you are to set up the appointment. Once selected an upcoming date/time for appointment, it provides a response in red asking you to try again later. I went to their main website and it didn’t work-error message. Called their number-it was a fake number. Didn’t dial through. I went into PayPal and filed a claim to cancel. Went to my credit card, but directed to wait.
