I received an official looking letter, noting the renewal of coverage on a 2023 Honda Accord. I don’t own a 2023 Honda Accord. There are several grammatical errors in the letter. There are temporary vehicle protection cards printed at the bottom of the letter, and I have to call now to activate them. It’s also stated the letter that I attempted to renew coverage on January 21, 2026, and that the renewal was not complete completed. I did not initiate any sort of transaction. The letter is also very sketchy as to who the company is that sent it and there is no address attached in the footer of the letter. It says that PPG is an independent company who provides extended service protection plans on behalf of lending third-party administrators, and the identification cards list, Thomas S Cameron III as the agent. When I googled the agents name, I came across another Better Business Bureau filing.
