I called home safe because my refrigerator wasn’t working, and they sent Thomas Clando when he came I told him about the dishwasher and he told me that he needed $250 for parts. He called a couple days later and told me it would be 2 weeks before the parts came in, and he cashed the check on April 7 (I gave him it April 4th). Every time I call him he stalls saying they’ll be in soon and he’ll call me later, but never does. home safe won’t give me an alternative provider or refund me.
