Type of a scam Online Purchase

The website thetoytemplez.shop is impersonating the real store called thetoytemple.com. My husband purchased 4 products extremely discounted using two attempts of credit cards. The deal sounded too good to be true. After he purchased it, he told me 4-5 hours later. I started asking questions about this website and started to review all the content they have. Red flags were raising for me quickly. My husband did not catch any of that or think to research this random website he found. He saw the deal and just made the purchase. We called our bank and the transaction has not gone through and hit our account yet using the payment method third party ‘Stripe.‘ This is a payment portal such as PayPal or Venmo. Any entry of payment method i did not trust because the credit card info was entered and attempted to send. I did not trust we were protected. The payment tracking they have available showed pending. We just now cancelled the cards to be sure. On the ‘contact us’ part of the website there showed a phone number. I called it and it is disconnected. The address listed is in Colorado and pings an actual house in a neighborhood. The links for social media (Facebook, instagram and twitter) route immediately back to the website. All the product images are clearly cropped, copied and stretched. On a lot of the images at the bottom you can see the real store website listed as the toy temple. They stole all images from the real store site and did a poor job trying present them as their own products. The main picture shows a promo flier for a signing of Luci Christian promoting an in person signing that is at the real store; also clearly cropped with other sales deals over her face to probably avoid copyright law. Clearly fake. It also says there are no refunds or exchanges but if what you get is not what is advertised you can email them. Below each product it shows up to 5 stars you can rate the products and not one star is clicked at all on anything. Totally a scam. Just looking at this website it is extremely a fake. Please look into this.
