Company is in Prague, Czech Republic. Received multiple emails from company stating they were promoting a new necklace releasing November 2022. The necklace vibrates to the beat of your partners heartbeat. It didn't get released until January, at which point I purchased one for Valentine's Day in February. Necklace arrived mid-March and stopped working within 2-3 weeks. I asked about warranty & they sent a return shipping label. I returned it & received it back in mid-May. I could not wear it due to having neck surgery, so it sat in the box until July. When I took it out of the box it didn't work. I asked to return the locket for a refund this time, they didn't respond for several weeks until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They sent info to the CC company saying the locket had water damage, which was impossible, then told me in email that the water damage was just a guess as to why it quit working. The CC company closed my dispute & the Touch X agreed to take the locket back & issue my refund. I sent the locket back & now they are refusing to give me the refund. I am now out 200 dollars & don't even have the defective product to show for it. I tried to re-open my dispute with Capital One but they said their hands are tied due to the timing, it's been over 6 months now. I believe these might be scammers. I can't find anything online & want others to be able to search ahead of time, as I wasn't able since there was no data to be found. I am very diligent in verifying if companies are scams but this one had nothing out there, but they should as I know now they are not a good company to do business with.
