Type of a scam Online Purchase

This is a very detailed scam site that sells soccer related gear. After the World Cup, a shirt was ordered from the website and personalized. The site creates a normal looking cart and creates an invoice after purchase the way a normal online shop would. Charges go to "THE EMPORIUM HTTPSWWW.INST CA" [I'm asking my bank for the full listing] It also sent an automated confirmation text with tracking info for the order. The text number is from a Washington DC (202) area code though.

ten (10) days after purchase I received a USPS tracking number, but upon searching the tracking number the USPS site states"Label Created, not yet in system. A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon. " This tacking number remains in the same status currently.

I have tried the sites phone number multiple times (+1) 305-793-1634 but always get an automated response that "the number you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time". This same message plays Monday-Saturday at call times from 10am EST to as late as 10pm EST

(called at random between these hours attempting to make contact).

I have sent two messages to the "[email protected]" but have yet to receive any updates via email, text, or phone call.
