I purchased the Thermanote product online. A few days later said all orders were canceled for the time period which I purchased. I was told this was because the credit card prcessor had flagged them a scam. Told Thermanote wouldn't be refunding $$.

I purchased the Thermanote product, then 7 days later said all orders were canceled from the time period which I purchased. I would be refunded within 5-7 days. Then my order was officially "canceled". No update, no refund
