I saw a website that said USOrthoWalk. I expected a US company. Later all the correspondence (order) said "TheOrthoWalk". That isn't the issue but may be relavant. I should have known something was a scam when I placed an order for shoes and they asked for a tip for their packaging "team". Anyway, they sent me a summary of my order that "they are getting ready" and the order was wildly wrong. One of the shoes was a Bunion shoe (I don't have bunions) in a size 6 (I wear a 10) and white (I ordered black). I contacted them thru their website and also thru email and haven't heard back. There is NO phone # to reach anyone. I went back to their site and the 'chat' feature is disconnected. I then checked reviews and this is indeed a scam company. I contacted my credit card company and the charge had already gone thru but I am challenging the charge so pending the outcome, for now, the cc company removed it.
