Online purchase scam

An advertisement for Nutr, a plant-based milk machine came up on my Facebook feed. They were having a sale. I verified they were in stock before I placed the order. The website said shipping would take 2-3 business days via. USPS. I did not receive the item I ordered. When I checked their website it said they were processing the order. A few days later when I tried to check on the status of the order the link sent me to more advertising from the company instead of the order status. The company does not list a phone number or address on their website so I emailed them. All responses to my emails have been very vague. They keep saying they are checking on it and will get back to me. Some people have left reviews on Nutr's Facebook page stating they have not received their orders. They also say the people at Nutr won't give them answers or the items they ordered. I left a review on Nutr's Facebook page. A person from Nutr texted me back stating they were out of stock but they would contact me when they get more in last week. I reminded them that the item was in stock when I placed my order. They said they would check into it. I didn't hear back from them but then saw Nutr advertising more of the same item. So I asked them to send me the item they had in stock. They said they would check into it. I never heard back. Tonight I left a review on their Facebook page. I included a link to another review on the Better Business Bureau website from someone stating they had done the same thing to them in February of 2024. Within an hour someone from Nutr had deleted my review. I am suspicious that Nutr's email replies are AI canned messages because they all sound similar. I'm going to contact my credit card company and ask to dispute the charge for what I paid.
