Purchased neuropathy products to value of $66. Received a USPS tracking number, but USPS just shows that a label was created in San Juan Capistrano, CA but the package was never received by the USPS. There only appears to be one Customer Service contact (Grace Hill) who is responsive but never 'actions' anything, she just says she needs to talk to 'Blake'. I have sent multiple emails - requested info on when the package would be sent, then asked if I could cancel and followed up on cancellation and refund. But always the same response - I'll speak to Blake. I'm assuming the Black she is referring to is the Founder who is showcased on the company website. The sad thing is this product is targeted at seniors and sufferers of neuropathy of which there are few options for relief - so the company practice of not providing the product after it is paid, is targeting a vulnerable group.
