David Lewis, Leasing agent and Anna Rainwater, Property Management, are taking money to allow tenants in the building using different "social security" numbers or "created" social security numbers. Specifically David, on tour offers to buy your way in for a fee if you don't have good credit or an odd history. He then says he's working with a multitude of people to help you get into anywhere else, apartment finders and even the manager. He wild not disclose where the socials are coming from.
