I received flowers for valentine’s from this company and the flower’s did not smell like roses instead a cardboard box instead and when i called the company and told them they said well that’s the natural smell of the flower’s which made me so up set because this was a gift from my husband to me and they had no sympathy at all and cared less about the quality of their flower’s. we sent them back and are waiting for a full refund. we could not leave a review to let other customer’s know what happen to us so that’s why i’m leaving a review with the BBB. Please allow other’s to know how this company product is not the quality that they show and the pricing/cost is too high for a mistake like this. Customer Service failed also
