I was brought over to Earle, Arkansas along with 9 other people who were tradesman in different areas of the construction industry. We were brought over to do what we thought was the beautification of a small town called Earle, Arkansas. I own a logistics company and was also supposed to take part in what I thought to be an online grocery store where I would be able to deliver local farmers products to residents within a 50 mile radius. I gave my DOT number, name of my business, business email address as well as other sensitive pieces of information to this impersonator. There was a team of them all pretending to be apart of a company by the name of The KDN Group based out of Atlanta, Georgia. The people that I was in constant contact with were Barry Lyons, Monica Pierce and Sutamia Sheree Jackson Baldwin(whom I later had to find out her real name). They came in contact with a few business owners in Earle and utilized their properties I feel for financial gain per grant money. Also utilizing me and many others information to obtain grant money. We were under the impression that we were being housed in a house that Mr. Barry Lyons, who also goes by the name Baruch Lyons, was renting from the property owner. We even participated and performed in a demolition on one of the business owners property that was said to be set up for the storefront for locals to purchase groceries from local farmers, and I would be in charge of delivering the items. On December 15th we were evicted from the unit with nowhere to go. We all traveled from Augusta and Atlanta Georgia for what we thought to be an opportunity to participate in an apprenticeship. This was all games and nothing was true. Since then, my company has had to endure the slander of being called a human trafficker where I was accused of bringing people to Arkansas to work for free. The company also falsely claimed to be working with Clayco Corp CCDI program that would be providing the apprenticeship opportunity. I found that to be a lie after speaking with the founder and CEO of Clayco Corp personally after being dragged into a group email by one of the tradesmen brother who performed OSHA work in Atlanta Georgia. Mr. Mark Smoot accused me of human trafficking and bringing over a crew to work for free. Mr. Smoot committed slander per say on my name and on my business. These are crooks and I feel that someone should look into this. What I do know by my own research is that Mr. Lyons seems to have somewhat of a pattern of this type of behavior and he frequently participates in these "scams" with a Sheree Jackson or Sutamia Baldwin. I have tracked them in several different states. Ms. Monica Pierce is said to be the fiance of Mr. Lyons and is also said to work for The Home Depot Headquarters in Atlanta Georgia or perhaps even in Arkansas. Each LLC that they create I have found out is in the names of close family members. I believe this is to avoid being held accountable for their fraud.
