The company charged my credit card without me authorizing the purchases. I looked at my credit card statement and found they charged me $98.50 again without me authorizing the charges. Had to pay out of pocket to sent the product back. They recieved the package on 06/05 but almost 2 weeks later they failed to refund my money. Only after I called did they offer to refund my money and demanded to know the tracking number for my return shipment. When offering me the refund they only refunded a portion of my money stating they do not refund for taxes and shipping and deducted $8 for the shipping even though I was charged only $4 initially for the shipping. Company website does not allow you to post reviews yet somehow new reviews are posted everyday. The difference in the money while bothersome is not the issue. This company charged my card without my authorization.
