I was searching for a job. I looked on indeed and offer up, etc. I found a “construction” job on offer, so I applied. After 5-10 minutes I got a text from a Donald George. He stated, he’s an HR representative and wanted to do a quick interview. So I agreed and it was a text interview. He gave me basic job information and if I was ok with the kind of job. Then he offered me the job and to fill out the a “application”. I put my information as anyone would. Then he wanted my log in for ID.me. That’s when I got suspicious. I tried to call his number I was texting then I went straight to voicemail. We were going back and forth but I never gave him my log in but he already had my social and ID. The company is real and I called them and they know about the scam and have called the police and asked offer up to take it down. It’s still up so please don’t fall for it. I froze my social so they can’t have it.
